Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Mission Football mobile application or missionfootball.com website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Mission Football provides information, schedules, rosters, volunteer coordination, and community engagement tools for the Mission Viejo High School Diablos football program. The Service is provided free of charge.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Upload malicious code or content
5. Volunteer Sign-Ups
When you sign up for volunteer events through the Service, you agree to fulfill your commitment or cancel with reasonable notice. Volunteer sign-ups are managed by the MVHS Football Booster Club and are subject to their policies.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Service are the property of Mission Viejo High School Football or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as CheddarUp for payments or Blast Team Gear for merchandise). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mission Football and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
